It’s become a tradition that the Bride and Groom give each other some sort of high dollar gift the day of their wedding. It looks absolutely fabulous in photos for your soon to be Hubby to slide on his brand new watch he just opened or to snap a still shot of you pushing gorgeous new diamond earrings in your ears but. sometimes with the cost of a wedding, especially those which go beyond original budget, those high dollar gifts drop on the wedding priority list. From the get-go hubby and I decided not to purchase gifts for each other. We wanted each other to put some serious thought into what the other was going to give or do.
At the end of our vows, instead of our officiant (my darling aunt) announcing us as the new Mr. and Mrs. Wentworth, James took it upon himself to be the first to announce me as his new wife, Mrs. Wemtworth! 🙂 The ceremony went silent, my aunt handed him the floor and he took it away right before LITERALLY sweeping me off my feet. 🙂
So, how do you top that, right?
I was unsure if I would choreograph a corny dance for the reception, or write a nice love note, or even have a special cocktail JUST for him for the entire night. As I was going through our playlist for our MUST HAVE songs for the wedding playlist a few weeks before the big day, I came across a fab song that inspired my gift to my now HUSBAND! 🙂
To film, I used my Sony Mirror-less camera and Cannon 70D DSLR Camera.
Editing was done with the handy Windows Movie Maker! 🙂
