Hey busy mama!
Life moves FAST and it’s tough to make time for ourselves every day, #amiright?!
I know, so right!
…Especially when it comes to our health & fitness! When we have a few spare minutes we’re either racing to the potty hoping someone’s little hands don’t slide under the door gap while we go, or struggling to get at least half of one of those tedious chores marked off of our mile long to-do list!
Over these last few years, I’ve found a new love for myself and appreciation for my body (post-baby changes included)! With the rebirth of my blog and all of the exciting additions that I’ve launched, I’m mostly excited about helping my fellow mom tribe members commit to LOVING their post-baby bodies by making the time to focus on our Health and Wellness TOGETHER!

That’s me telling you, no, demanding you to GET EMPOWERED!
Here’s the thing:
No-one ever regrets a workout, ever. So, wake up 20 minutes early tomorrow morning (while the kids are still passed out) and kill this routine, or any routine for that matter! You’ll feel more energized. You’ll love yourself more and more each time you see your body in the mirror. Who knows, you may even feel the urge to toss that full piece mom-suit next summer and opt for the cheeky bikini!
Take the challenge. Be the best YOU that you can be!
All you have to do is start here:
For 5 days out of each week, for the next 3 weeks, I challenge you to wake up in the morning, brush your teeth, pull your hair back, and kill this workout.
When you’re done, come back and let me know how you feel!
Once you’ve finished your 3 weeks, bump up your routine by 5 crunches & push ups, 10 squats, jumping jacks, & step ups, 10 sec of plank, etc.
*BEGIN EACH SESSION WITH A 2 MIN STRETCH!
- 15 CRUNCHES
- 15 PUSH UPS
- 10 LUNGES (EACH LEG ALT.)
- 20 SQUATS
- 20 JUMPING JACKS
- 20 STEP UPS
- 20 SEC. PLANK
- 20 SEC. WALL SIT
- 3 MIN. JOG IN PLACE
*END WITH A 3 MIN COOL DOWN WALK
