As you all know, I’ve been a mom of 4 for a little over 6 months now. While there are days that it is challenging, I have found so many ways to make life easier! Whether it be mom hacks, favorite products, or simply just being more intentional about how/where I spend my time-I have somehow survived this first six months!

With boys ages 6 months all the way up to almost 9, there are so many different things I have found that come in handy in my favorite backpack. This thing is, to put it simply, one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE things that I own.
If you’ve been here for a while, you may already know how much I love the Citi Collective (formerly Citi Babies) collection of diaper bags. They’re trendy without screaming “heyyyy, I have a lot of kids!” For years I’ve sported my Citi Explorer backpack in both colors and it never fails-every time I leave the house with it, I get complimented or asked where it can be found to purchase! So, when Maria and her team over at Citi Collective launched this newest design, the Journey, I had to have it!
What I love about it:
- Wipeable (This is ALWAYS a non-negotiable feature for me)
- TONS of storage & pockets
- Vegan Leather Changing Mat Included
- Additional Hidden Interior Pocket
- Stroller Hooks Included
- Magnetic Closure
- Rotating Clip Attachments for all Hook Locations
Now, let’s get to the real reason you’re here-
What’s inside:
Mesh Bags // Sun Bum Mineral Sunscreen // Lip Balm // Bluetooth Phone Camera Remote // Small Paper Dixie Cups // Selfie Tripod // Swim Diapers  // Disposable Kid Masks //Activity Books // Hand Sanitizer // Silicone Straws // Hot Wheel Cars // Power Bank // Diapers // Medications // Card Games // Creative QT Slideaway Pouch/Mat // Tide Stick // Water Wipes // Bottle of Water for Baby // Umbrella // Favorite Essential Oils // Ryan & Rose Pacifier // Nursing Cover // Clorox Wipes // Wallet // Snacks for Older Kids // Backup Clothes // Hair Ties & Rubber Bands
I love these Mesh Bags to keep everything accessible and organized in my bag.
Sun Bum Mineral Sunscreen to keep the boys sun safe
My hands down favorite Lip Balm
I always keep several of these Bluetooth Phone Camera Remotes laying around or along with us for when we find the perfect impromptu photo spot
Small Paper Dixie Cups come in handy for dishing out snacks
Selfie Tripod to go along with my bluetooth remote
It’s always great to Swim Diapers  packed for our last minute beach trips, stops at friends’ houses for a quick playdate and swim, or theme parks and zoos where there are splash zones
Of course with the current state , we always keep these Disposable Kid Masks packed
Activity Books for restaurants, the car, or picnics
It wouldn’t be 2020 if we didn’t have several bottles of Hand Sanitizer
Silicone Straws for theme park visits
Linc loves his Hot Wheel Cars so we keep a few of these on hand at all times
I love to keep this Power Bank in case we’re out for a while and I’m losing a charge
 Diapers of course
We keep a variety of Medications in one of our mesh pouches-Tylenol, Motrin, Cough and Cold, etc.
I will often switch out various Card Games for us to play while we’re waiting at restaurants or the boys need something to entertain them while we’re out running errands and they hang in the car with either James or myself
I love to keep our Creative QT Slideaway Pouch/Mat filled with LEGOs for the boys
Tide Stick because someone is always dripping sauce or juice down the front of my outfit
Water Wipes are our absolute favorite for diaper changes
Bottle of Water for Baby to keep Deck hydrated when nursing isn’t ideal
I keep a small Umbrella for rainy days in the Summer
Along with medications, I keep a small arsenal of our Favorite Essential Oils with me! Melaleuca for bug bites, Digest Zen for tummy aches, and peppermint for headaches or queasy feelings!
Ryan & Rose Pacifier since it’s the only one Deck will take
I don’t often have a need for this now that we don’t bring Deck out too often but, I do always keep a Nursing Cover tucked into a pocket of my bag
Clorox Wipes, because 2020.
My Wallet, of course
I try to keep a small selection of snacks for the big boys like granola bars and crackers as well as food pouches for Deck
Backup Clothes for Linc and Deck
Hair Ties & Rubber Bands as a backup or last minute hair tragedy that needs fixing!
